On March 6, the Youth Development and Career Center organized an event titled “Women’s Leadership and Professional Development in the Digital Sector” on the occasion of International Women’s Day – March 8.
The main objective of the event was to facilitate the exchange of experiences among women working in the digital sector and to discuss opportunities for their professional development.
During the event, Fidan Ahmadova, Secretary General of the Association of Cybersecurity Organisations of Azerbaijan (AKTA), delivered an opening speech, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the role of women in the digital sector and supporting their professional growth.
