On February 13, the Quality, Sustainability and Innovation in Education Forum – 2026 was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Mingachevir, organized by Mingachevir State University and the Education Quality Assurance Agency, with the partnership of the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (AKTA).
Within the framework of the forum, MegaSec LLC — a Gold Member of ACOA — organized a seminar titled “AI-Powered Education: Enhancing Quality and Sustainable Innovation.”
The seminar featured presentations by Arzu Rahimli, representative of MegaSec LLC and ACOA expert, together with Togrul Valibeyli, who served as trainers during the session. Discussions focused on the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into teaching and quality assurance processes, the implementation of digital solutions, and innovative management approaches.
Participants were introduced to practical case studies demonstrating how digital transformation can improve efficiency within higher education institutions. The seminar contributed to the forum’s innovation agenda and was recognized as a practical platform supporting quality enhancement, sustainable development, and digital transformation in higher education.
