A comprehensive cybersecurity seminar was held for representatives of non-banking credit and microfinance institutions, organized by the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan in partnership with the Azerbaijan Micro-finance Association (AMFA) and with the support of member organization “Code Academy.”

The seminar opened with welcoming remarks from Rauf Jabarov, Executive Director of the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan, and Jalya Hajiyeva, Executive Director of AMFA. Following the opening session, Nariman Aliyev, cybersecurity trainer and head of the educational program at Code Academy, delivered presentations on various cybersecurity topics, highlighting current cyber threats through practical examples.

The seminar was held in an interactive format, fostering dialogue and exchange between participants and speakers.

It should be noted that the Association plans to continue organizing a series of seminars across various sectors with the goal of raising cybersecurity awareness and informing the private sector and general public about emerging cyber threats in the digital era.
