The latest meeting of the Technical Committee on Information and Communication Technologies Standardization (TK-05) took place at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

During the meeting, the progress made in line with the 2023 Action Plan, which involved the development of 7 new state standards in the ICT sector was reviewed. Additionally, it was agreed to prepare additional standards deemed pertinent to the field.

Furthermore, during the meeting, the responsibilities of the Technical Committee within the framework of the "State Program for 2023-2025 on Aligning the National Standardization System with International Requirements," as endorsed by Decree No. 3721 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on January 23, 2023 were deliberated upon. Concrete actions to be undertaken were also defined.

Information Communication Technologies Agency of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport as well as Elvin Balajanov, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan was accepted as a member of the Technical Committee.
