On May 6, 2025, a business meeting took place between the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (ACOA).

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for joint collaboration in several key areas, including the identification of needs and gaps in local cybersecurity products and services, support for domestic cybersecurity projects, and strengthening engagement with stakeholders across the cybersecurity ecosystem. The discussions were attended by Farid Osmanov, Chairman of the Agency; Shahin Aliyev, Deputy Chairman; Panah Musayev, Chairman of the board of ACOA; Rauf Jabarov, Executive Director of ACOA; as well as other participants who shared their perspectives on the topics at hand.

Both parties agreed to expand cooperation in these areas and beyond, with plans to establish a joint working group and formalize their collaboration through structured partnerships.

The meeting was also attended by department heads from the Agency, members of ACOA’s Board of Directors, leading members of the “Solutions, Technology, and Innovation” Committee, and executives from IT and cybersecurity companies.
