The Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (ACOA) participated in the "Women in Cybersecurity: Career and Education" event, organized jointly by the "Women in Cybersecurity Azerbaijan" community and "Texio Academy."
At the event, nearly 100 young women interested in the IT sector and industry professionals gathered.
During the panel sessions, success stories of women, scholarship opportunities, volunteer programs, and challenges faced by the industry were extensively discussed. ACOA participated in the event with a large delegation. The executive director, Rauf Jabarov; member of the cyber diaspora, Elgun Bakhtiyar oglu; and ACOA expert, Sona Talibova, delivered speeches, sharing valuable advice with young women.
By continuously supporting the increase in the number of women in cybersecurity and their achievement of greater success, ACOA is expanding collaboration with women’s communities active in the technology sector.
