On 9–10 September 2025, the National Forum on Accountability and Action Against Cyberviolence was held in Baku with the support of the European Union and the Council of Europe, within the framework of the CyberEast+ project.
The Association of Cybersecurity Organisations of Azerbaijan (ACOA) was represented at the forum by Chairman of the Board, Panah Musayev.
The event brought together authorized representatives from government agencies, internet service providers, and the academic community.
During the forum, participants exchanged views on the classification, prevention, and accountability mechanisms related to cyberviolence, and held discussions on defining the principles of action to combat cyberviolence in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The main goal of the event was to strengthen dialogue among government institutions, the private sector, civil society, and academia in order to develop effective strategies for countering cyberviolence.
