At the initiative of the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), a meeting was held in Chișinău, Moldova, bringing together leadership representatives of ICT and cybersecurity associations, universities, and IT clusters from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The aim of the meeting was to foster experience exchange and enhance regional cooperation.

Rauf Jabarov, Executive Director of the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (ACOA), participated in the event. The meeting was organized within the framework of the GIZ program titled "Digital Transformation of SMEs in the Eastern Partnership Countries."

The participating delegations also attended the international conference on the “Eastern Partnership Network of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs),” where they explored the operations of existing digital innovation centers. Discussions were held regarding the potential expansion of this initiative and the inclusion of additional Eastern Partnership countries in the future.

As part of the program, participants visited the Moldova Cybersecurity Agency, Moldova IT Park, Moldova Technical University, and the “Tekwill” ICT Center of Excellence. During the visits, they were introduced to the latest developments in the field and explored possible avenues for future cooperation.

It is worth noting that the project envisions continued mutual visits and further collaboration activities among the partner organizations.
