New Chairs and Secretaries Appointed to AKTA Expert Committees

 

Pursuant to the final decision of the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (AKTA) for 2025, new chairs and secretaries have been appointed to the association’s expert committees. Below are the appointed chairs and secretaries:

 

1. Education Committee (full name: Education, Training and Human Resources Committee): Ulvi Aslanov — Chair, AKTA Gold Member (Code Academy, Chief Executive Officer); Bahruz Aliyev — Secretary, AKTA Expert (Research Engineer, Information Technologies).
2. Technical Committee (full name: Committee on Countering Cyber Threats, Technical Issues and Procedures): Araz Mirzayev — Chair, AKTA Gold Member (Upgrade Solutions LLC, Founder); Shahmar Hasanli — Secretary, AKTA Gold Member (Upgrade Solutions LLC, Head of Information Administration).
3. Innovation Committee (full name: Local Solutions, Products, Innovation and Startups Committee): Mirjalal Bagirov — Chair, AKTA Gold Member (Techpro DC, Commercial Director); Rovshan Mammadov — Secretary, AKTA Expert (Brandefense, Regional Sales Manager).
