The final seminar was held at the Western Caspian University as part of the project "Collaboration with Transnational Internet Corporations in Combating Hybrid Threats," conducted by the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (ACOA) with the support of the State Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At the seminar, project leader and PhD in Law Tabriz Jafarov spoke about the risks posed by hybrid threats and the legal and practical approaches to mitigating them.
Rauf Jabarov, the executive director of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Organizations Association, provided information about ACOA's activities and educational initiatives in this area.
ACOA experts, including Lala Karimova, a representative of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, and Rashad Aliyev, delivered a presentation on the security standards and technical requirements of transnational internet corporations.
During the event, students were informed about the existing risks in the fields of cybersecurity and hybrid threats, effective approaches to countering them, and modern technological solutions.
At the end, the participants' questions were addressed.
