The Board of Directors of ACOA participated in a public discussion regarding the impact of legislative reforms aimed at supporting entrepreneurship on the business environment

The Board of Directors of ACOA participated in a public discussion regarding the impact of legislative reforms aimed at supporting entrepreneurship on the business environment.   On 13th March of the current year, a public discussion on the topic of 'The impact of legislative reforms aimed at supporting entrepreneurship on the business environment' was held, organized by the Public Council under The Small and Medium Business (SMB) Development Agency. The event also saw the participation of Elvin Balajanov, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (ACOA), Rauf Jabarov, Deputy Chairman of the Board, and a member of the Board, Mammad Karimli, CEO of 'All In One Technologies' company.   The event, which was attended by members of the Milli Majlis Committee for Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising, representatives of relevant state institutions, business associations, and entrepreneurs, involved discussions on the existing legislation in the field of entrepreneurship, the impact of reforms in this area on the business environment, and the proposed innovations. Participants exchanged ideas, and questions from attendees were addressed during the event.   The Chairman of the Board of ACOA voiced proposals for improving existing mechanisms to enhance the involvement of associations and professional unions in the process of drafting relevant legislative projects. Additionally, it was noted that the active participation of associations and entrepreneurship entities in the discussion of relevant draft laws, presented through the official website of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan (https://www.meclis.gov.az/cat-layihe.php?cat=83&lang=az), is deemed purposeful.
