The signing of the memorandum of understanding took place within the framework of the "Regional University–Industry Partnership Summit 2025" held in Mingachevir on October 24.
The document was signed by Rauf Jabrarov, Executive Director of ACOA, and Anar Eminov, Rector of Mingachevir State University. The memorandum outlines goals such as expanding collaboration between the parties, supporting the development of students in ICT and cybersecurity, organizing joint events, and conducting projects and research activities.
It is worth noting that the "Regional University–Industry Partnership Summit 2025" was organized by Mingachevir State University, the Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association, and HBN Group Academy, with the partnership of ACOA and several public and private organizations. The summit aimed to establish a new model of university-industry cooperation in the region, support startup and innovation initiatives, and accelerate regional economic development through joint participation of the public and private sectors. Within the summit, a career fair and the "UniStartup" competition were also held.
