The “Shine with Your Rights!” awareness project for school students aged 11–17 has been successfully completed. The project was organized by Regional Development Public Union in partnership with the Association of Cybersecurity Organisations of Azerbaijan.
Within the framework of the project, seminars and interactive discussions were held on children’s rights, prevention of violence, the consequences of early marriage, and digital safety. The sessions were conducted with the participation and facilitation of experts from AKTA, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the closing ceremony, Fidan Ahmadova, Secretary General of ACOA, delivered remarks highlighting the importance of enhancing children’s legal and digital literacy.
At the end of the event, certificates and gifts were presented to students who distinguished themselves through their active participation and initiative. The awards were presented by Fidan Ahmadova, Secretary General of AKTA, together with other project partners.
The project made a significant contribution to raising legal awareness among young people and fostering safe behavioral practices.
