Organized online on February 10 by AKTA (Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan), the webinar this year focused on the theme “Smart Technologies and Safe Choices — The Secure and Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence.” The event featured comprehensive discussions on current challenges and modern approaches in cybersecurity, risk management, and digital awareness.
The speakers included the Chair of AKTA’s Education Committee and CEO of Code Academy, Ulvi Aslanov, as well as the Chair of the GRC Committee and Deputy Director of the Information Security Department at Kapital Bank, Kamran Karimov. Their presentations emphasized the importance of building a secure internet environment, the ethical and responsible application of artificial intelligence technologies, and the significance of risk-based approaches.
At the conclusion of the event, participants highlighted the importance of strengthening institutional cooperation in the field of cybersecurity and exchanged views on future awareness initiatives and joint projects. The “Cyber Talk” webinar remained a valuable platform for both knowledge-sharing and professional exchange among participants.
