Continuous assessments will be conducted based on the 'National Cybersecurity Index' to be created by the Association of Cybersecurity Organisations of Azerbaijan (ACOA).

The project will be implemented by ACOA, one of the winners of the 2024 major grant competition for non-governmental organizations by The Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations, aimed at creating the 'National Cybersecurity Index' and evaluating the level of cybersecurity in the country.
Within the framework of the project, an interactive online platform will be prepared to continuously collect and evaluate information related to activities carried out to ensure cybersecurity in our country. Based on the index indicators, a ranking table of relevant entities will be compiled. As a result of research and continuous assessments, weaknesses and gaps in the country's cybersecurity ecosystem will be identified, a unified description will be created, a comprehensive report will be prepared, and continuously optimizing proposals will be presented. Various sources, empirical and theoretical research methods will be used for research and evaluation based on the index.
